What is the animal that washed ashore in NY ?

crazy looking " monster" washed ashore in Montauk,NY this month

It looks like a photo shop monster to me.  Like some one took a dead cat and baby legs, than added some color and a bony thing on th mouth.  You ever read the National Enquirer?

It looks kinda like a dead seal to me....just  a really mutated one, or maybe some related species.  Sometimes we find new species or ones we had previously thought were extinct, and it usually happens with those who live in the water.

I of course do not know.  There have been several strange looking hairless beast found in Texas.  Authorities say that they are hairless coyotes.  They don't know why they are hairless.  This animal looks thicker but he is dead and it is August.  Could be a swollen coyote.

it may be a wild pig... the get disfigured when they dies, especialy if it was in salt water....... and animals become hairless from a gene trait, similar to albino gene
