What is the appropriate amount of time to wait to remarry after getting a divorce?

no set time, it's whenever it feels right and the right person comes along.  Whatever happened with the first marriage, don't let that happen again.  Maybe the first marriage happened too soon. lol

From what I've seen the last few years, a week is about normal for most men. I wouldn't call that appropriate, but it's the norm. Women tend to wait a little longer.
