What is the appropriate dress for Texas de Brazil's Saturday brunch?

I know that the brunch is more casual (especially being in Orlando's tourist district), but since I've never been I don't know just how casual. What are some suggestions for both males and females?

Whenever I eat there I wear my Prussian Army uniform. My obscenely overweight wife wears a speedo bikini and 9-inch spike heels.

i think u should something simple but nice

like a dress with short sleeves or a spaghetti strapped one

near the knee but not to short it may come out as inappropriate
