  1. 135lbs bmi

  2. between 95-140lbs. but it depends on your body frame too.

  3. Go to google and search "BMI calculator" to see if you're overweight or underweight. I'm 5'2 and 92 pounds...so that'd probably be a little underweight.

  4. 5'1"

    Small frame: 106-118

    Medium frame: 115-129

    Large frame: 125-140

  5. this depends, appropriate weight is whatever weight you are comfortable with.  although i wouldn't say an appropriate weight is anything over 200lbs or anything under 100lbs.

The most healthy weight in that category is probably in the range of 120-135

This is your body, dont listen to the health freaks out their or any anorexic people!!! do what you are comfortable with!!!

  6. I would say somewhere between 105-130...i know its a pretty wide range, but like that one guy said...you dont want to look like a toothpick...also, i'm sure you google a chart that will give you the actual medical weight range for your height.

  7. 105

    100 lbs at 5 feet

and 3 -5 lbs for every inch taller

    ( =

  8. i'm about 5'1 and i weigh 105 lbs.

  9. 130-145

  10. 110 if u dont wanna look like a toothpick. (in my opinion. but it also depends where u hold most of ur weight
