I'd say right at 70mph, since an RM250 @9500rpm will pull around 77mph.

If you can get the right gearing info you can plug it into the website I listed, you will see exactly each gear top speed, it's a pretty cool tool to use.

According to a Transworld Motocross review (of the 2001 model, stock), the bike made 29.3 HP at about 11,000 RPM. Also, 14.4 ft lbs of torque at about 10,000 RPM.

A stock 125 2-stroke can be expected to go 60+ mph.
