There is no code for the green guy in the mart to give you a new Mew. You are thinking about the Sinnoh Nintendo Events. But there are codes that give you a Mew. Here are two that I know of, I could make you an ar code using Pokesav but the code would be way tooo long. Here are the following codes with information on each:

Get Mew from Mining Museum:

Info: Talk to the guy that you can get fossil Pokemon from and he will hand you a Mew. This Mew cannot be traded (I think). It is at level 20. It is not shiny, but if you want to make it shiny look at my bottom code.

Pokemon Modifier:

This is a cool code. You can use it to get any pokemon as long as you know their National Pokedex Number. Basically it gives you 493 Masterballs in your items pouch. NOT In you pokeball pouch.You then throw out the number of masterballs so that the number remaining is equal to the pokemon id number. So:
