I have to ask them about their site its kinda confusing and i got a case for them

When someone provides an email address but no phone number it usually means the only way they accept correspondence is through email.  If you are unable to use email you could always mail them a letter.

As far as I know, TAPS prefers plain old mail or email contact to telephone contact (except for existing clients, whom they give their personal phone numbers to).

They are typically responsive, or you may try to get a member of the TAPS Family in your area to help you.

I would look at their page and try to contact a member of their family as listed in your area.   It would probably a lot easier to set up the case being that I'm sure TAPS isn't exactly with out cases.

About a year ago I had emailed them and they responded with in a few days. I will look see if I have the email address.
