What is the avarage cost of a in ground pool normal size nothing too big?

weighting above ground vs in ground pools... nothing too big maybe like 24 foot long 3ft start to 8foot deep... I live in arkansas .... I know people that have dug their own but I really don't want to get into anything like that.. I want it done!

I would go to a pool contractor and ask them. Above ground pool will be much prettier, but obviously have a better resale value. In ground pools look nicer and sell better with the home.

Either way, remember to also factor in things like: chemicals, pumps, pool covers, and more.

But yeah, probably at least a few grand for an in ground pool. Ask your local shop and get some estimates.

Didn't have to have pool builders lic.

An above ground pool will make you swear off pools

& swear in general!

Get an inground concrete pool. Price approx. 10 to 15K

Lots of companies finance pools now, for less than the bank.

Call your local building dept. license. Ask for a list of builders that have been around at least 10 years.

Call the Chamber of Commerce, members of Chambers are mostly honest companies.

Ask everyone you see if they have pool & who built it.

Do your homework.
