  2. The 'normal' is around 4 ft, give or take a little.

  3. Well, it depends on the hight of your family on both sides and on your ethnic background as well as nutrition. My son is 7 and a half and is around 4'4" tall. However his dad and uncles on both sides are all around 6' and up.
