  1. Average IQ is 100. The IQ is based of a bell curve, with 100 representing exactly the 50th percentile.

  2. yes, its 100, the IQ test should take account of your age. the original basis of an IQ (intelligence Quotient) was your mental age divided by your chronological age then times by 100. the IQ test doesnt necessarily indicate your intelligence, as some people may be very good at the tasks in an IQ test and but not so good at other academic work, or vice versa. there were 2 psychologists which came up with a number for genius, one was 136 and the other is 162. also, each test is different, if u went to mensa (which you need to be in the top 2% to join), they would give you their test to take, if you'd taken a different (respected) test they may accept it and give you the equivalent score you would need on that test.

As for being mentally challenged, the IQ test is rarely used, but there was a scale, under 80-borderline, under 70-mild, under 50-moderate, under 35-severe and under 20 profound.

if you got a low IQ don't get ureself down, if you get good grades etc thats what people look at, no one actually cares about your IQ really

  3. Either this is Ironic or you looked at one of my most recent questions. I scored a 130 which puts me at very superior intelligence. Here is a scoring system on this site.

  4. Average is supposed to be 100 but that's not considered smart so if you have only 100, study some more.

P.S. I also scored 130 on an IQ test on the Internet, but I don't recommend these tests.  They will give your computer a virus.
