It depends on the person. Most boys do start puberty around the middle school age. You will know you've hit puberty most likely by hairs growing in places they haven't previously. Facial hair and voice change are usually at the later stages of puberty.

As for ejaculation that will come when the private parts start growing themselves. Again, varies by person.
