  2. you need to find out the total spent on both and then divide by the total population. This is misleading because obviously not everyone smokes or drinks.

  3. Alot of money.  It soon mounts up and each time they put up the prices the amount will increase significantly.

    #some booze is dead cheap  others is very expensive.  Somebody can be spending less money but be  buying more  little bottles of stronger stuff.
