I don't know why you're asking, but it sounds like you should take your kid to a pediatric urologist.  (Both of my kids have seen pediatric urologists and one goes back regularly for check-ups.) Why assume your kid is average?  Neither of my kids are!  Don't deprive the kid of liquids! I assume the 6 year old boy you're asking about is having peeing problems - in which case he's not average, and capacity isn't necessarily the problem.  I can tell you that it's considered healthy for a child to urinate at least every 2 hours.  Do you want to tell us why you're asking?
