so picture the weather in new york or vermont, its pretty much the same.

as fo appartments, it depends if you,re staying in the downtown area (more expensive) or a little further from down town.

usually the prices can go from $600-$800 ( month), depending.

It depends on where you live. Downtown can be 2000$+. St.Laurent is about 900-1000$. NDG can be 400$+. It varies by the neighborhood and number of rooms. There was a 5 room apartment in St.Laurent that was 900$/month.

On the cold part, the winter can go to -30c but lately its been about 30c. It's really warm lately- even though it's 30, it feels like 37c.

I stayed at this place for 6 weeks a couple of years ago and loved it.

A short walk to Queen Mary and a 24 hour supermarket and Pharmaprix, a bus ride one way will take you to the Cote des Neiges metro station and the other way to Guy.

The price is also very good.

There are very helpful staff in the lobby even for those who are linguistically challenged when it comes to French.
