Beardies need a bit more room than most people think...The cost of the beardie is negligible compared to the cost of the home, proper lighting, proper nutrition etc.

Been there done that.

ps...I rescued a beardie a few years ago...Did my research...Invested about 400 bucks to make his home healthy (I already had the $150 tank)...And spent upwards of 70-80 bucks a month on food....seriously....The dragon cost me more in food than both of my dogs and both of my cats combined.

It really depends on what color beardie you get they can go from anywhere from 30 dollars to 2000 dollars for a snow...Those would be considered "name brand" dragons and usually have to be ordered from the breeder. In a common pet store they can range from 30 to 100 depending on size and color...the tank also depends on where you get it ...i suggest the classifieds or craigslist....you kind find reptile enclosures dirt cheap...just make sure you clean it thoroghly

If your in the us probably 60- lots of money.

In Canada at petsmart they are 90 bucks for a baby.

Tank cost 100-200 dollars unless you find a 1$ for gallon sale, then it will cost around 40$ to 50$.
