  1. Citizens will insure your mobile home..There are a couple others and the price depends on things like age of mobile, location and how much coverage you are seeking.  I have seen premiums between $800-2600.  You can call 813-655-0910 for a free quote.

  2. I don't know off hand but I would say that it would be extremely high if you live by water because of all the hurricanes.   Inland is probably cheaper.

  3. There's no average, because it's based on several factors that can't be averaged.

But it IS higher in FL, IF you can get it.  Once a mobile home hits 25 years old, it's depreciated down to no value, and I don't know of ANY company that will insure a mobile home that old.

  4. If you havent already moved here, dont. The economy sucks here and its pretty much impossible to get a job. An olive garden opened up, and they got 60,000 applications.

  5. gil5172, Home insurance covers lots of different things. I'm not sure about Florida laws and regulations, so I recommend you contact a nearby homeowners insurance agent. http://www.easyhomeinsuranceguide.com/Fl... They should be able to help you.
