What is the average dollar amount you will spend on Christmas/Holiday Gifts?

I am invited to have booth space for my retail products, with other area merchants at a holiday market. I will have cash and carry ready wrapped gifts and gift sets available. How much do you usually spend on gifts for parents, spouses, children, nieces, nephews, friends and family members for the holidays?

I will have sets available ranging from $15 - $300. How much do you spend on each person, usually?

I usually spend about $100 per person, but my husband and I just bought a house this year so this year's budget is going to be about $25 per person.

I spend $75-100 on parents and in-laws.  My kids is about $250 each and grab bags are $20 per person.
