What is the average height for girls aged 13?

Ok, im 5 ft... and i hate my height!! I wish i was taller...

What is the average height for girls aged 13 and do they still have time to grow taller by taking multivitamins?

Ok, in my middle school, most girls are around 5' to 5'6".

You're on the short side, but that's fine too. And multivitamins don't really make you grow taller, you have to look at your genes. Milk (and lots of calcium) could help you grow, but not that much.

Like the other person mentioned, it could basically be hereditary to be a little short. For example, I'm almost 17 and a whopping 5 foot nothing still, hehe.

But you still have plenty of years to keep growing. =) Avoid too much caffeine and making sure to be on a healthy diet might help, also.
