What is the average high school GPA for an incoming freshman at BC?

My GPA is a 3.8 (on a 4.0 scale) and my HPA is a 4.3 (on a 5.0 scale). Do I have a shot?

And what other schools do I have a chance at? I know that college admittance is dependent on a lot of other variables (SATs, extra curriculars, etc.) but are my grades up to par for the Ivy Leagues and other top schools?

You somewhat have a chance at BC with a 3.8, but it really depends on how high your SAT/ACT score is. A 3.8 is nothing with something below a 2100, but that can change with your EC's. The only ivy league I would say as a maybe would be Cornell but that depends on which program you apply to. It's too difficult to determine your chance with just a gpa (you could've taken very easy or hard classes but I do not know with this limited info).
