  1. It's all of the other stuff like too much fatty beef that so many people consume that causes problems.


  2. You won't live forever no matter what you do. And of what value are a few extra "diaper-years" at the end? No thanks. Live life now.

  4. 50-100 years, give or take. It all boils down to the consumption of alcohol, medical conditions, smoking, lifestyle, disease exposure, work environment...

    Keeping Kosher doesn't really increase or decrease lifespan. It's how you live your life.

  6. I think the lifespan is not depending on what diet you are on.

    When it is your time....it is your time.

    I enjoy my life to the fullest because I never know when it is my time. So, why should I be on certain diets and miss out on things I love.???
