What is the average mileage reimbursement when getting paid a car allowance or where can I go to find this?

I think it's either 48 or 50 cents per mile now. At least that's what it is at my place of employment.

Go to irs.gov they have the current mileage rate online there.  I believe the rate is 50.5/mile

three years  ago i was getting 67cents a mile and that was not using my car for deliveries  just transporting myself around from terminal to terminal

That's what the IRS will let you deduct, NOT what your employer will pay you for mileage.
