What is the average monthly payment for the wi-fi network on the ipod touch?

I want to know what the monthly payments will be before i buy the actual ipod touch. If its like $20 per month or something, I'm not sure if i want to buy it. If there is a network thats monthly fee is cheap, then i'd like to know which network it is.... thanks.

To use wifi on the touch,there are no fees.You can use nearby wifi in the area.

To make your own wifi,the cost might start at $30 for a router,but   if you get a router,you have your own wifi to use.
