What is the average payrate -childcare manager?

Question

I'm looking a job as a manager of a small montessori childcare centre. I have been told they'll make me an offer on my experience, what is an average/acceptable rate?

I've got 6months training till qualified and haven't been a manager before.

Thanks for any advice you can give on an average salary - I don't wanna be getting paid way below average.

here in florida you start with at least 32,000 a year

Hello!  It depends on what state you live in and what kind of experience you have. I live in MA and have a MA in EDU.  I am qualified to get as much as 40,000 per year if available, but it depends on a few things.  Look at your state's education site and see which available jobs are there and what are the pay rates..go from there.
