What is the average price for a 2 car garage in Milwaukee, WI?

What about a 3 car garage? Nothing fancy, just the basics... average price.

(2 car garage, would have single door option

3 car garage would have a 2 door option -- one double one single door)

Call Menards or Home Depot for pricing on various options....they also have references for a variety of builders or contractors that can give you a full quote on installation and extras like pouring the pad and drive, wiring, etc... Or contact some builders in the Yellow Pages, One Book, Internet  search, newspaper (Sunday section of Real Estate has ads)  You can also check recent building permits in the city to see what others are paying.J.D. Griffith's is a well known builder..

I would think around 6-8000 for a 2 car with all the pad, drive and wiring and a few thousand more for a 3 car but it could vary depending on your particular choices.
