I know it's hard to find an average because the prices vary so much but what is the average for a not too bad not too good place.

  2. That really depends on which area of London you are thinking of. SOme areas are very expensive and others a bit more reasonable. You'd be best to check on some estate agents websites

  3. Ha the prices of houses in London really does vary but is always more expensive than the majority of areas in England. In Central London you could buy a three bedroom house for a mere couple million pounds and then the cheapest in deprived areas of the city I would say no less than £200,000

For a great site to buy houses go on http://www.rightmove.co.uk

Something that I do is go on the tube map choose a central station such as charing cross and change the settings so that it looks for houses within a certain mile radius (5 miles normally) and then change the other options to suit my needs, that way you will find a wide range of houses & flats all over London, some good and some bad

    Hope This Helps
