I'm not sure about the average but just search Saskatchewan hotels.  I'm sure you will find the cost of most hotels.

An average would be meaningless. Hotels in Saskatoon and Regina are much more expensive than ones in, say Humboldt. The province publishes a good hotel guide, available free. In general hotels in the province are cheaper than ones in Ontario, BC, or in the US.
