What is the average price range a resident pays for a home in the Dominican Republic?

I know that there are million dollar homes and very inexpensive homes and many in between, I would like to find out what the average family is paying for a 3bd home, nothing fancy, just nice neighborhood.

Rent : between 12.000 and 28.000 RDS for a descend 3 bedroom house (all depending the location)

Happy feet sound about right. For that amount you should be able to get something really nice, again depending on the area. For less than 1,000 dollars you can rent a very nice and luxurious place.

Like Happy feet told you already, this depend on location and lifestyle. To rent a 3bd room house/apartment in Santo Domingo or in Puerto Plata is a big difference !! Then where it is located, must it be new? and so many things more....

To buy one? ok, but you need first to be here a few months to see and to experience witch one/location is your taste.
