  1. Where I live a maintenance man with swimming pool certification, HVAC certification, and 10+ years of experience can expect to be offered $10/hr.

  2. $12 per hour.  Once they become invaluable it goes up to $25 per hour.  SOme people can fix anything; get along with people; and show up for work every day with a smile.  For them, the sky is the limit. /

  3. When I worked maintenance I made 18.oo an hour plus I got a free apartment, but I had to pay utilities. I had a pretty good background in everything. I have laid carpet, installed sheetrock, done a.c.,heating,plumbing,etc but most of the time my helpers did the work with me overseeing. If it ever became too complicated for them,I would step in,but the more work they did,the better job they did in the future. They loved to do the work, and learn how to be  a number one maintenance man. I wound up marrying one of the women that lived in that apartment complex. Before I got into computers I was making 30.00 an hour.

  4. I don't know where you live and it depends on your qualifications. An experienced maintenance person here in California starts at $25.00 per hour. This is a person that can work on anything Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, ect.

If you want somone that is just cleaning floors and cleaning bathrooms and the pool. Then anyone over 18 can do that at $10.00 per hour.

  5. Depending on where you are, and what you know at small places $ 8.50 to $ 12.00

    larger places $ 9.00- $15.00
