  1. My 1 bedroom in an ok part is $1500. Beverly hills it would start at a few hundred more, also Santa Monica and Westwood, brentwood - all the nicer parts are higher too for a single. A bad part could start at 900.


  2. There are many "good sides" of LA.

    How many bedrooms? Do you want air conditioning, a swimming pool, carpeting or hardwood floors, appliances, furnished or unfurnished, etc. etc.

    Anywhere from $900 or so to $5,000/month or more.
