What is the average rush hour commute time from Tracy, CA to Burlingame? How about Oakley to Burlingame? Tks!

I'm thinking about relocating with my company, but want to check some things out first. Any locals with helpful information would be greatly appreciated!

Not great from either as the traffic can be miserable. Consider using public transit. From Tracy you could take the SJRTD commuter bus to Palo Alto then a Cal Train or SamTrans bus to Burlingame. From Oakley the Tri Delta Transit express bus connects you to BART at Pittsburg from there ride to Milbrae then a quick SamTrans bus from there to Burlingame. Seriously, driving either commute would be over 2 hours in each direction plus bridge tolls. Good Luck!

For rush hour in urban or suburban areas in California, a good rule of thumb is to get the directions on yahoo maps and then double the projected travel time.  

I'd highly recommend you live somewhere where you can access your job through BART or Caltrain.
