The question is that if you are an owner, then you will make whatever after the labor, material cost, rent etc..... It all depends on the sales.

Also, if you are working as a baker, then you have to depend on what type of baking you have, pie, cookies, dounuts, bread etc....

For food business, you will make about 10-15% of the gross sales. Your gross sales for a week will cover your rent. Otherwise, you can';t make money.
