What is the average salary for a laboratory technician in Al Khobar?

There was a job posting for a laboratory technician for RSAL in Al Khobar. What would be the average salary for such job and company? What is the least that I could ask for with regards to living expenses?

BTW, I'm a Filipino Chemical Engineer.

.....actually it depends.....there's no fixed salary for every job position.....it depends on your experience, no. of working experience here in Saudi Arabia, etc. but a good start for that position would be SR3,500 basic salary aside from the transport, housing and food allowance and the most important, the yearly vacation that you could enjoy and yearly increment......you didn't mention what was the offer for you so we could suggest if it is good or not for you.....
