the above figures are after you have given alot of time to a specific airline. Starting pay for a first airline job airline pilot is in the low 20s. Pathetic. Jobs such as FedEx and UPS are the best paying but keep in mind it takes decades to reach the top salary. If you are looking to make good money, dont be a pilot.

starting out as a commercial pilot for an airline is about 38K up to 65K, a more experienced airline pilot can make anywhere from 95K up to 140K for a major airline, on average!

For cargo pilots they usually make anywhere from 70K up to 150K
