  1. There a lot of variation in the industry. check out this web page.

    Good Luck...

  2. all i know is just about the airlines pilot.actually the salary is depends on the title that a pilot has such as the captain make more than the 2nd officer.it is also depends on the airlines that the pilot work with.

  3. Not as much as they should-especially pilots.  The guys at the top of the aviation food chain  make a pittance for what they have to go through these days-take it from me:  I'm there now, and it ain't much fun!

  4. Pilots that start out make around 20-30K and those pilots that are flying for Southwest and Delta and other major airlines that have Seniority usually make around 150-300K. These jobs are very hard and can be very difficult to obtain. Im 13 and wanted to be a pilot and follow in my Dads footsteps. But let me tell you that its h**l sometimes. Pilots are getting laid off alot. Pay checks are good but thats only with some airlines and theres always a possibility you could get laid off and lose your job. Its a tough business and if you are smart then I will tell you to get into Medicine or something like that. The Airline industry is strong but is going through some very tough times lately.

  5. i looked up an aeronautical engineer's salary a while ago because i want to become one (i'm only 16 now). If i remember right, they generally make around 70-120 thousand a year. I heard a while ago that commercial jumbo-jet pilots make something like 120 thousand a year.
