What is the average size of a ruff (bird)?

A ruff is type of bird. I need to know the average size of a ruff (the units don't matter-can be inches/centimeters).

Males ruffs are 29- 32 cms long, from head to tail. The wingspan of the male ruff is 54-60 cms long.

Females ruffs, known as reeves, have a length 22-26 cms long, and the wingspan is 46-49 cms long.
