But what is the average breast size for a healthy 14 year old girl???

There isn't an average size. It depends on your height/weight. Some girls will develop quicker than others. Like your menstrual  system, my school nurse says that if your under developed by the age of 16, consult a doctor.

Also, you can usually average your height this way. If you seem over developed, you'll most likely be taller, and, as you get older, you'll develop more curves and grow into your body completely. I started to develop in third grade, some start in 8th. It differs.

I'm 14 and I'm 75C(that's European,I'm not sure if that's the same in where you live),but I don't think that there is an average size for 14-year-olds as some girls' b*****s are only developing.
