What is the average wage for an IT Network Admin?

Im working as an IT Contractor at the moment but have been offered a position working either full time or about 20-30 hours per a week.

What is the average wage for someone doing Network Administration work on these hours, previously I have never had any leverage when working because of my experience but now I do and im not sure of what to ask for.

I know that the wages will be on a sliding scale and im likely to get more per hour the less hours I work but Im not sure what the standard is.

Many additional factors go into this question.  Where will you be working?  Do you have a degree?  Certifications, such as MCSA or MCSE?

At the company I work for (DC area), junior / staff level admins make ~$65k.  Senior level are around $90-100k.
