ive heard its supposed to be 190. 100 bounds for your five feet and then another ten pounds for every inch you add to that. so since im 5'3 im supposed to be 130 but im not im like 145 or sumthing

so even if you are overweight dont feel bad

You take 110 pounds for the first 5 feet, then add 6 pounds for every inch above 5 ft. If you have a large or small frame, then you add or subtract ten percent.To see if you have a large or small frame, take your middle finger and thumb of one hand and try to encircle your other wrist, if your fingers cant touch...large frame, and if they overlap...small frame. If they just meet, then medium frame and you dont add or subtract any percent to the weight calculation....gl.
