There are many factors that go into the salary. One factor being what golf course it is, what your job title is, etc.

But I would estimate that the average entry-level landscaper salary on a golf course is around $20,000 - $30,000. The head groundskeeper probably makes around $40,000 - $60,000. Of course it all depends on what course it is. Obviously Augusta National pays much better than a puny local course.
