  1. The workers ... they make the money for the owners .


  2. having a viable product/service to offer-one that somebody wants and can be provided at a profit

    its employees (initially, i was going to put employees first, but even the best people can't make a busness successful if nobody wants what they have to sell, or if there is not enough demand to produce it profitably)

  3. It must start with great morals and integrity and the willingness to place great importance on the treatment of it's own as well as the general public. FAIRNESS and EQUALITY works for everyone and equals success.
