It's a jingle - most stations buy their own here in the UK, but some 'share' jingles from other radio stations, which basically means the music is the same but the vocals are resung to be specific to that station.

radio stations purchase libraries of production music beds that ofter sound like 'real' songs; but aren't...music beds for news, weather and traffic are often taken from these libraries...
