What is the background of the study of shampoo??

we have an investigatory project and we don't know what the heck we're supposed to do....and we're 13 years old & were to young to know the ******* project our teacher told us to do. c**p! ITS SO d**n HARD. HELPPPPP..SOS!!!

  1. In a general way, it's chemistry.

    A researcher (chemist) tests the shampoo for various things, depending on the desired effect.  For example, a researcher who wants to make a dandrufff shampoo would test different things than a researcher making a 'girly' shampoo.
