What is the ball in the camel crush cigarettes made out of?

Do you mean the capsule with chemicals in to transform a normal cancer stick into a menthol cancer stick?

It's just a capsule with menthol in so you can have a burst of menthol when you're smoking.

(Sorry about the cancer stick comments, it's not supposed to be insulting, I just don't understand the habit at all)

I have no idea... I've been searching the internet and asking around and am close to mailing R. J. Reynolds...

It tastes amazing, doesn't it? I absolutely love crushes, but it's scary at the same time because  you have NO idea what c**p you're poisoning yourself with.

So, here's the scoop... I did some research, and it turns out that R. J. Reynolds has disclosure rights and that they won't tell you what's in any of their products until the law makes them.... which is in progress...
