For ferrous hydroxide, pKsp = 15.097. What is the base-10 logarithm of the molar solubility of this compound when pH = 11.664?

    Ksp = 10^-15.097 = 7.998 x 10^-16

    pOH = 14 - 11.664 =2.336

    [OH-] = 10^-2.336 =0.00461 M

    [Fe3+] = 7.998 x 10^-16 / (0.00461)^3 =8 x 10^-9 M
