I pulled away from drinking soda,kool-aid today and tried water again.I felt better

  3. Well first off your body is made up of something like 70% water so your body NEEDS it. We get most of our water from foods we eat (solids). But you should drink water through out the day to keep digestion regular and drinking plain water helps prevent painful kidney stones from developing.
