There is none. There is software you can buy that might be able to recover the password with a lot of time and effort.

There is nothing free that will even come close. If you're not willing to pay to try and recover it, you're looking at a complete re-install of the operating system.

Vista takes passwords and security pretty seriously.

Try Password Genius. It saved my butt on more than one occasion. Of course it can reset your Vista Admin password, so you can create a new one easily (make sure you memorize this one!)
