The quickest way is to find dealers in your area that sell the type of car that you have, and sell it to one of them.

The newspaper works for cheaper, easy to identify cars ... i.e. everyone knows what a Corvette is, so print is fine, many do not know what a ion looks like, so print is harder.

Autotrader. com has a great combo print/Internet package.

Craigslist works well, but you will get lots of responses right away, then nothing (as you ad becomes more dated) ... Also, it is free, but lots of sill mail from people who think that you are willing to sell for nothing ... they think that free ad=I will give it away.

Craigslist.com if it exists in your area. Then AutoTrader.com. Then Cars.com. And put a sign in each side-rear and the rear windows. Newspapers charge too much.

Fastest way is to sell it for under market value. If it's a cheaper car, Craigslist is effective.
