I've heard the Admiral is. I've never been to that one, but I had a few guy friends who don't frequent tata bars oftens say it was really nice when they went there for first time on 18th B-Day. Considering these guys are now in their 30's...must've been pretty good & memoriable if they still talk about the place over 10yrs later ; )
