Vague question. If you mean a classic (anything older that 1975) American convertible with a back seat it has to be a Cadillac.

You can find old Chevy rag tops but they won't look as good or ride as nice as the Caddy. Finding one in good shape for less than 10K isn't going to be easy.  

You can also look for other GM convertibles like Malibu, Skylark, Cutlass.  These are intermediate sized cars but all of them have that classic American style that includes a large backseat.

1980's jaguar XJS. This is a classic with 4 seats and has a lot of power. You can have a 3.6 or a 5.3 V12. The V12 is a gas guzzler so try the 3.6 which is cheaper to buy and cheaper to run.

You have not really offered much in information. By classic do you mean 'deemed classic'? or 'true classic' (pre 1975)?

Deemed classic, I would choose the mid-eighties Saab 900 Turbo. Elegantly styled, great performance, as luxurious as any German offering although dubious on reliability and the body's have tended to rot well.

Already mentioned is the 'classic' Jaguar XJS Convertable. Great prestiege car with plenty of space.

I cannot suggest any true classic that I like. Sorry.
