What is the best AI scrabble software for PC?

I had heard that scrabble 2 by hasbro uses the Maven engine and that this is the bees knees of scrabble games. Is that true? Is there anything better?

Maven is pretty good. The official PC version of Scrabble not only contains the game but several practice drills and a review function that help one improve one's ability. The only function lacking is that the computer always generates the random tiles. You can't tell the computer what tiles it must use.
